VNatural Vegan Kids Multivitamin Gummies Review

Supplementing important vitamins, minerals, fruits and vegetables

Vnatural® Kids Gummy Multivitamins provides essential vitamins, minerals, fruits and vegetables that children need for growth and development in a fun, kid-friendly manner. Needless to say, nutrition is one of the fundamental principals of child growth and development. Of course encouraging children to eat a variety of healthy foods as part of their daily diet is sometimes easier said than done.

What is Vnatural's answer?

This product is thus able to provide several important vitamins and minerals fortified with antioxidants from real fruits and vegetables and using a vegetarian formula that is 100% free of animal products. Importantly, the product is also free from artificial colors, preservatives and is gluten-free:

* Gluten-free, vegetarian formula
* Vitamins A, B3, B6, B12, C, D2, E provided
* Delicious natural fruit flavors (orange, lemon and strawberry)
* Minerals included are biotin, choline, folate, iodine and niacin
* Real fruit and vegetables with high antioxidant content (wild blueberry, grape, grape seed, raspberry, raspeberry seed, cranberry, prune, dark cherry, wild bilberry, strawberry, broccoli stalk and sprout, tomato, onion, spinach, kale and carrot)

You know when you "go out on a limb" and decide to try healthier products including items with less sugar, calories and more vitamins. Usually you prepare your self to exchange flavor for the product.
With VNatural vitamins thats not the case. YES, these are children's vitamins but like any other mama I had to try them, a few times lol They taste really good, fruity and not full of sugar.

The typical vitamin my kids take took a long search to be sure it included higher chromium and higher vitamin c ingredients because my oldest son's medications have caused a few side effects included hair loss and hair thining..

Unfortunately this vitamin does not include chromium and/or selenium both good for hair growth. BUT it has higher biotin and choline which I look for as well.. higher than what he normally takes...

Fortunately my sons side effects affect him during the months of December and March so during the off months we are able (and tend) to switch his vitamins so he can get more of the other things he needs..

I noticed my kids had more energy with these vitamins and during the summer months that is needed (crazy i know) with all this heat.

This vitamin will definately be an off side effect month vitamin and after I check with his doctor I may just buy the selenium and chromium for the months its needed so we can use these year round.
