Before having kids I could tan in 5 minutes. After having kids because of one reason or the other we either didn't swim long or went later when the sun was down. I will never forget my first time in the sun after all 3 kids for 45 straight minutes, no sunscreen in the heat of the day. I didn't hurt until the second I stepped into the shade...... I definitely could have used this home remedy!!!
