Sears Outlet Price Match plus Policy
If you find a lower price on an identical branded item with the same features currently available for sale at another local competitor, Sears Outlet will match that price plus give you 50% of the difference. Just bring in the original advertisement to a sales associate at the time of, or within 14 days after, your purchase.
For local competitor's featuring items online, Sears Outlet will also match the online price (including shipping, handling and delivery) plus give you 50% of the difference, provided that the item is currently available for sale and delivery in your area. Just print the ordering page, including shipping, handling and delivery, and bring it to your Sears Outlet store at the time of, or within 14 days after, your purchase.
For items available at another Sears Holdings retail format or website, Sears Outlet will match the price on all new in box items that are in stock and available for delivery locally, but will not provide an additional discount. However, if the Sears Outlet item available is a scratch and dent, reconditioned, or out of box item, Sears Outlet will match the price and offer a 10% discount off of the total price of the product. Sears Outlet will not price match limited time "Online Only" events, "Special Online Price" or conditional "Online Only Special Offers" on Sears Holdings websites.Only items listed on Sears Holdings websites as Sold by Sears or Sold by Kmart are eligible for price matching.
